Create a song over 2 minutes in duration
Have legal rights to all sounds used in your song
Use at least 2 of the provided audio loops. You can chop them up, change bpm and key etc.
Be prepared to show project files
One entry per person

To celebrate this holiday season, our friends at Native Instruments are giving away an absolutely awesome synth called Hypha.

It's free to download and has 156 carefully curated presets of blossoming, acoustic-electric hybrids, all inspired by nature and designed to keep you creating into the new year.

Your holiday challenge is to create a new track based on the theme of renewal and regeneration. You can interpret the theme as loosely or literally as you like, the Native Instruments team will be picking the winners based on creativity and technical skill.

Rules

Create a song over 2 minutes in duration
Have legal rights to all sounds used in your song
Download Hypha for free and use at least one instance of the synth in your track
Be prepared to show project files
One entry per person. You can upload improved versions by pressing the gear icon next to your tracks title

Rules

To enter, all you have to do is download the Zodiac III Beta Pack for free and create a beat using any samples from the pack.
Try to keep the main melodic elements of your track centered around the pack. You can use any drums you want, but we have to be able to tell you used the Beta Pack for your beat.

You must use elements from the Zodiac III Beta Pack or the full collection to be eligible for this contest.
No illegal/uncleared samples may be used in your entry.
Submit your original song with the following title format: ARTIST NAME – SONG NAME (Zodiac Beat Contest)
One entry per person/group.
If you enter as a group, you are not allowed to enter as a solo artist, and vice versa.
You may not enter the contest if you currently work for, or have ever worked for Cymatics LLC.
Cymatics has the right to disqualify any entry.

Let your creativity run wild and make your own rules. Originate a new genre, or create an existing one. Once you've made your track, when sharing on metapop, please include the blend you've been given in the discription of your track.

The Native Instruments team will listen to all entries and pick the winners based on creativity and technical skill.

Visit the KOMPLETE BLENDS page, spin the wheels, download your assigned sounds
You can spin the wheels more than once ;)
Create a track at least two minutes in length using at least one sound from each of your assigned sound packs
Not use any material to which you do not own the copyright
Be prepared to show project files to prove original sounds were used

Drawing inspiration from nature and the golden era of hip hop, jazz and neo-soul, Mondo Loops' music stands out with impeccable warmth and peculiar sound design. In the free version of "Organic Lofi Hip Hop", Mondo Loops has currated a selection of piano and guitar loops, drums, foley, ambiance, and vocals for you to create a track with.

Your task is to create a track using at least one of the melodic guitar or piano loops provided in the free sample pack and upload it here for a chance to win some amazing software, as well as the chance to release your music on successful label Stereofox.

Mondo Loops is a producer and multi-instrumentalist working within the Lofi Hip Hop scene. What started off as just a YouTube channel for guitar tutorials, evolved into a full-time job as a music producer who’s worked on projects for MTV & Universal Music.
