During this session, Vincent de Lijser, the Head of Music at Radio 538, will share some insights on how the curation process works and provide valuable feedback on your tracks to explore what makes your music suitable for radio.

To mark International Women's Day 2022, RCRDSHP has put together a brand-new, four-week mentorship program to support and elevate women in dance music.

Five women artists will get access to four workshops that include one-on-one coaching sessions with some of the music industry's most highly respected labels, artists, and producers. Among them are Juliet Sikora, DJ Rap, and Obie Fernandez.
