Ardalan Noghre-Kar, a young and talented Dirtybird artist, possesses a unique blend of range, appeal, and a powerful, gritty bass sound. His music is a culmination of his fortunate circumstances, having been mentored by his idols, gaining access to their most guarded musical secrets, and being given the opportunity to perform at prestigious venues.

Born in Tehran, Iran, Ardalan’s perspective on music creation is fresh and unexpected. His mixes, remixes, and dubs are known for their sass, energy, and wickedly wry samples that deliver a powerful punch. However, his original tracks truly shine, such as the 2010 party anthem « Mr. Spock, » which was charted by Diplo and Jesse Rose, and « Lezgo, » which was charted by Dog Blood (Skrillex and Boyz Noise). He is also set to release an EP with Dirtybird .

Ardalan’s talent has caught the attention of renowned artists like Papa Dirtybird (Claude Von Stroke) and A-Trak, as well as those who are charting his remixes, including Maya Jane Coles, Audiojack, and Riva Starr. The last of whom he has an upcoming remix for to be released on Snatch.


Ardalan’s greatest strength lies in his ability to create hits that resonate equally well in the darkest basements as they do on the most opulent dancefloors. His music caters to a diverse range of tastes, uniting listeners under a common goal of having a great time.

• Please research past releases on the label. Winners will only be given a chance to release if it fits the label’s style
• Create a remix over 3 minutes in duration
• Must identify as a woman or gender expansive
• Have legal rights to all sounds used in your remix
• It is prohibited to post any unsanctioned or unreleased remixes on any public forum
• Entrants must use at least two of the stems provided
• Be prepared to show project files
• One entry per person. You can upload improved versions though
