​Hookington is a Canadian electronic music producer specializing in Dubstep and Glitch Hop. His tracks are available for use in Geometry Dash levels. His music has also been featured in various games, including Rolling Sky, BoomBox VR, A Dance of Fire and Ice, and Spin Rhythm. Hookington actively engages with his audience through platforms like SoundCloud, YouTube, and Instagram, where he shares his latest releases and collaborations.

His collaborations have been the foundation for several remix contests, previously featured on RemiEXS, such as the Nevermore Remix Contest with Hyperdragon and Tombstone Remix Contest with Soffizlly.

• Use the remix contest package loops and/or MIDI files to create a remix of Hookington & Chiru-san's song "Rebirth".
• Only one submission per artist.
• No collaboration entries, all submissions must be the work of one single artist.
• Remixes can be any genre (though electronic genres like dubstep, electro house, future bass, complextro, riddim etc. are likely to be favoured)
• Title your remixes in the following format: "Hookington & Chiru-san - Rebirth ([your artist name] remix)
• Try to be a good sport during the contest. Hookington and Chiru-san will do their best to judge objectively and fairly.
• Submissions are open from now until Saturday, March 15, 2025.
• Remixes will be evaluated on creativity, composition, sound design, and mixing/mastering quality.​
