Rules

Both remixes (stems used) and full covers (no stems used) will be accepted. However, vocal covers that use the original instrumental will not be accepted.
Entries can be any in genre, key, or tempo. Keep in mind that the first prize will go to an entry that is unique and ultimately compliments the rest of the castlevania/dark fantasy-inspired soundtrack.
All entries will be judged blind by Geoffrey Day, Aiden Malacaria, and Grant Mielke. (This means they will not know who made each song until winners are chosen.) Finalists and winners will be announced in a YouTube video on 1st March 2024.
Submissions are open until end of day Friday, 23rd February 2024.

Overview

Lilith Games is a Shanghai-based game developer and publisher responsible for the highest grossing mobile game in China, Soulhunters.

Their latest release, Dislyte, is a stylish pop-fantasy RPG set in future cities with striking visuals, exuberant beats, and superheroic characters. Players will meet and collect mythical characters from around the world, build the most powerful Esper squad in the world of Dislyte!

Your challenge, if you accept it, is to remix the vocal stems from the official soundtrack into a stylish pop fantasy track for a chance to have your version featured in the game as well as an opportunity to work with Lilith Games in the future and of cource win some juicy Native Instruments software!

To qualify you must translate the stylish pop fantasy style from the game visual art into sound. You can make any kind of music style/genre you love, as long as your track fits the visuals.

Get a feel for the game's visual style here:
1. Disc Boom Debut
2. Hip Hop After Dark
3. Ladder Block

Rules:

Create a remix over 2 minutes in duration
Translate the Stylish Pop Fantasy style from the video game into sound (see the "OVERVIEW" discription on the left for more info and examples)
Have legal rights to all sounds used in your remix
Use at least two of the stems provided
Be prepared to show project files
One entry per person. You can upload improved versions by pressing the gear icon next to your tracks title
Lilith Games will listen to all entries and select the winners
