Kicking off 2025 with a bang, Sub_Urban Music is thrilled to announce its first remix competition, featuring the rapidly rising DJ/producer Cee ElAssaad and vocalist Lee Wilson.

You might remember Cee ElAssaad as the Grand Prize winner of Louie Vega’s “How He Works” Remix Challenge for Nervous Records—an event registered by RemiEXS in May 2023. Now, he is offering up-and-coming artists the opportunity to remix his original track, “Music Is The Cure.”

Together with the Sub_Urban Music team, he will select one grand prize winner and two runners-up, who will receive:

• Cash Prizes (with PayPal)
• An Official Sub_Urban Release
• LabelRadar credits​

Sub_Urban Music is a music label and electronic music community based in Mallorca.

Founded by Sebas Ramis in 2013, it has earned a position among the premier deep house and Afro House labels worldwide, consistently garnering chart-topping releases from legendary producers such as:

KEENE, JT Donaldson, Art of Tones, Fred Everything, Meloko, Sebb Junior, Guri & Eider, Scott Diaz, Ron Basejam, Life on Planets, Ezel, and many more.

In addition to the usual LabelRadar Contest Terms and Conditions, please note the following entry requirements:​

• Please refer to Guri & Eider - "Modern Mantra" as an example of the genre of music the label is seeking. Winners will only have the opportunity to release their work if it fits the label’s current style.
• You must have permission to use any third-party samples.
• Follow Sub_Urban, Cee ElAssaad & Lee Wilson on social media.
• One entry per person

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For this contest, you are allowed to share up to one minute of your remix on social media. Please tag the label so that they can share it as well. Please note that distributing your remix on Spotify or any other commercial DSP is prohibited and will result in disqualification.​
