Here is your chance to remix Ashibah’s banger ‘Give It Up’ and be in with the chance to win some amazing prizes. Submit your remix to the Female and Gender-Non-Conforming producer group

#23by23 is a campaign from Sydney Blu and Rebekah. Its aim is to encourage labels to increase their percentage of female producers to 23% or more by the end of 2023. Read more on 23by23.com.
To support this initiative, Metapop is hosting remix competitions and demo challenges with some major labels participating in the campaign, including Toolroom Records, Club Sweat, Gorgon City’s Realm Records, Soma Records, Desert Hearts, Walker and Royce’s Rules Don’t Apply, Eton Messy and more.

Create a remix over 2 minutes in duration
Have legal rights to all sounds used in your remix
Entrants must use at least two of the stems provided
Be prepared to show project files
One entry per person. You can upload improved versions by pressing the gear icon next to your tracks title
The label will listen to all entries and select the winners
Please research past releases on the label. Winners will only be given a chance to release if it fits the label’s style
